1. Description of Service
MetaKPI provides a data analytics dashboard that integrates with the Meta (Facebook) API to visualize, track, and analyze your advertising metrics. The Service is provided on a subscription basis. We provide analytical tools, but we do not guarantee advertising performance or ROI improvements.
2. User Accounts and Multi-User Access
- You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating an account.
- You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password.
- Team/Multi-User Feature: If you invite team members to your workspace, you are solely responsible for their actions on the platform. You must ensure you have the proper authorization to grant them access to your advertising data.
3. Meta (Facebook) Platform Compliance
By using MetaKPI, you agree to comply with all Meta Platform Terms. MetaKPI acts solely as a third-party analytical tool. If Meta revokes your API access due to policy violations, MetaKPI is not responsible, and no refunds will be issued for inability to access data.
4. Subscription, Payments, and Refunds
- Our services are billed on a subscription basis (e.g., monthly). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis.
- Payments are processed securely via our authorized payment gateways (e.g., bKash).
- Refund Policy: Due to the digital nature of our SaaS product, all payments are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law or explicitly stated in a specific promotional offer.
5. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to misuse the MetaKPI platform. You shall not:
- Attempt to hack, destabilize, or reverse-engineer the dashboard.
- Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
- Resell or redistribute the service without our explicit written consent.
6. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, functionality, and UI/UX design are and will remain the exclusive property of MetaKPI and its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our proprietary code or designs.
7. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall MetaKPI, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any interruption of API services from Meta/Facebook; or (iii) any decisions made based on the data displayed on our dashboard.
8. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
