At MetaKPI (powered by the Nupur AI Engine), we want you to experience the full power of our Ads Manager analytics without any upfront commitment. This policy outlines our billing, trial, and refund procedures.
1. The 3 Days Free Trial
We offer a completely risk-free 3 Days Free Trial for all new users to evaluate our Live Dashboard, True Net Profit calculations, and the Nupur AI Engine features.
No credit card or payment method is required to start this trial. You will not be charged automatically when the trial ends. Your account will simply be paused until you choose to upgrade to a paid plan.
2. Standard Refund Policy
Because we offer a fully functional free trial without requiring a credit card, you have ample time to ensure our software meets your needs before making a purchase. Therefore, once you choose to upgrade to a paid subscription, all payments are strictly non-refundable.
- Recurring Billing: Paid subscriptions renew automatically. It is your responsibility to cancel your subscription before the next billing cycle if you no longer wish to use the service.
- Partial Months: We do not provide refunds or credits for partial months of service, or for periods where the account was active but unused.
- Meta API Issues: We do not offer refunds if Meta (Facebook) revokes your API access due to your own policy violations, as this is outside our control.
3. How to Cancel
You can cancel your active subscription at any time directly from your MetaKPI Dashboard under the "Billing" or "Settings" section. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the platform until the end of your current paid billing cycle.
